About This Event
Supporting employees after a tragedy is often a difficult and complex. The feelings that arise can occur months after the actual tragedy and often involve grief, loss, and sometimes result in interpersonal violence. Often work can be a safe place for employees to seek support and understand the resources available to them.
This in-person presentation and panel discussion will focus on providing information and resources to help you support your employees through the delayed trauma they may be experiencing.
