If getting your clinical license in Hawaiʻi is your goal, the Hawaiʻi Mental Health Workforce Accelerator is your answer! A new grant-funded project at the UHM Thompson School, Department of Social Work is committed to increase the number of diverse licensed clinicians in the state of Hawaiʻi. Along with partners, Kaiser Permanente and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, the shared goal is to ensure our behavioral health workforce reflects our uniquely diverse communities. UHM is currently accepting applications for candidates who want to get their LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC for upcoming cohorts (July 2024 and January 2025).
