Diane Logan

Executive Director

Dr. Diane Logan (she/her) is a Board Certified Addiction Psychologist providing care to underserved patients throughout Hawaiʻi. She presents trainings on substance-related issues, engages in advocacy, and provides technical services across the Pacific via the Opioid Response Network. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Washington and completed postdoctoral training at Brown University’s Center for Alcohol and Addiction Studies. From 2015–2020, she provided integrated behavioral health and substance use services at a Hawaiʻi Island community health center before entering private practice. In 2025, she joined the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Logan has published widely, secured NIH and HRSA funding, and delivered national trainings. A Past-President of the Hawaiʻi Psychological Association, she is active in leadership with the Hawaiʻi Behavioral Health Connection, with passions in de-stigmatizing addiction, expanding access, and empowering communities.
